Having a baby brings so much joy yet can be so overwhelming. I am here to help answer your questions, provide resources, and support you as you prepare to give birth. I use my expertise and experience to help coach and equip you to know your options, make choices, process how you are feeling, and put fear in its place. I would love for you to have a doula and take a birth class, but if that is not the right decision for your journey, this could be a wonderful option to help you plan & be prepared!
A LA CARTE: $65/HR
Schedule a 1 hour phone session at any time during your pregnancy. As many sessions as needed can be scheduled. Call us in your first trimester and then realize that you need another session before you go into labor? No problem. We would be happy to schedule another session!
BUNDLE PACKAGE: $150
This includes THREE 1HR coaching sessions that can be used at any point during your pregnancy. You will also get digital resources that can help you better prepare!
